The security deposit of the candidate during round 2 NEET seat allotment will only get refunded if the MCC is unable to provide a seat to the candidate. The amount of security deposited during NEET counselling will be forfeited if the aspirant who got a seat in Round 2 NEET seat allotment 2023 doesn't join the respective institution or exits the counselling process from Round 2 level.
