Academic Background

I hold a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Tiruchirappalli, a Master's degree in Material Science & Technology from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kerala. My research focuses on electrochemical wastewater treatment, hydrogen production, resource recovery from e-waste, sustainable process engineering, and environmental engineering. Following the completion of my Ph.D., I served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering, TKMCE, for one year, where I was actively involved in teaching, mentoring students, and academic activities. Prior to my academic career, I gained over two years of industrial experience in an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory, developing expertise in materials characterisation, chemical analysis, quality assurance, and laboratory operations.
