Daniel's research focuses on the Tropical Intraseasonal Oscillations. His work explores the precursor signals and predictability associated with intraseasonal convective initiation over the equatorial Indian Ocean.
The global Hadley circulation is a prominent feature of the atmosphere and it is expected to expand in its meridional extent in a warming climate. Pratiksha studies the regional changes in Hadley circulation and the causative factors.
