Professor

Bio.

Prof. Tae In Kim is an Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Inha University since 2022. She graduated from Seoul Science High School and received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 2015, 2017, and 2020, respectively.  Prior to joining Inha University, she was a Staff Researcher at the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2020 to 2022.

Her research aims to develop next-generation AI semiconductor technologies through innovations in materials, devices, and intelligent systems. Her research interests include AI semiconductor devices, neuromorphic computing, monolithic 3D integration, advanced memory technologies, intelligent sensing platforms, and energy-efficient hardware for future AI and edge intelligence.
