Nano Electronic Device Laboratory (NEDL) develops next-generation AI semiconductor technologies through innovations in materials, devices, and intelligent systems. Our research focuses on advanced semiconductor materials, neuromorphic memory devices, monolithic 3D integration, intelligent sensing technologies, and energy-efficient AI hardware for future computing applications. By combining materials science, device engineering, and system-level intelligence, we aim to create scalable and intelligent semiconductor technologies beyond conventional electronics.
