The research in Nano Electronic Device Laboratory is focusing on development of low-dimensional nano materials and semiconductor device applications for next-generation electronic device and system. NEDL researchers from various departments including Electrical/Electronic Engineering (EE), Information and Communication Engineering (ICE), Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), and Mechanical Engineering (ME), are exploring the potentials of novel semiconductor materials and designing high-performance semiconductor devices based on integrated research. We are looking for motivated students (graduate & undergraduate) who are interested in nano materials and semiconductor device applications.
