Analysis

Several MATLAB analysis scripts are posted to get users started with using the novel functionality of NEDE. Here are a few functions of interest:

NEDE_ImportGui

This function can be used to import your NEDE data (in the form of the .asc files output by the EyeLink converter) and check it against simultaneously recorded EEG data that has been imported into EEGLAB.

NEDE_PlotSession

This function can be used to view the session from above.

NEDE_MakeEyeMovie

This function can be used to play back the eye position data in the form of a movie.

NEDE_PlotEyeErps

This function can be used to simultaneously plot the eye position around all object appearances to look for patterns in eye movements.
