Neda Taha is a Tongan-Iraqi interdisciplinary artist, actor, director, and producer based in Western Sydney. As a performer and devisor, her theatre credits include the Helpmann-nominated Playlist (PYT Fairfield and Sydney Opera House), Swimming Pool (Cementa19), PIONEERS (Sydney WorldPride, City of Sydney Art & About) and Tahlila: Lullaby Under The Stars (Bukjeh Theatre, WOW Festival).
As a Director-in Residence at PYT Fairfield, her work includes the acclaimed Tuân’s Party (2023), childrens work The Friendship: A Naughty-Cool Adventure (2024) and What Are The Odds? (2025). She also co-directed short film, STALLS (Chimichurri Productions).
She is actively involved in community arts as an Associate Producer and Marketing Associate at PYT Fairfield, supporting young and emerging artists as well as community programs. Previously, she has worked as a creative producer at Funpark (CuriousWorks) and as a Program co-designer and facilitator with the Australian Museum on their Au Waka Nua Program for young people.
