Who are we?
The Young Professionals Committee serves to support and develop leaders up to the age of 40 or those with less than 5 years experience in the aviation industry. The committee aids in the continuing development of the American Association of Airport Executives (A.A.A.E.) by assisting in the success of the next leaders of industry through the creation of networking and professional development opportunities, which connects members and fosters camaraderie.
