1. Eyelash Extension Service Policy

• 2-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If a significant amount of your eyelash extensions fall out within 2 days, we will fix them for free. 

(Issues related to aftercare are excluded.)

• Extensions from Other Salons Not Refilled: We do not refill eyelash extensions applied at other salons. 

If you book a new full set, removal of existing extensions will incur a fee ($49–$59).

• Potential Risks: Eyelash extensions may cause skin or eye irritation, redness, swelling, or other side effects. 

We use certified products, but you must understand all potential risks.

• Regular New Set Recommended: For healthy lashes, we recommend a new full set approximately every month. 

Continuous refills may weaken lashes and affect results.

2. Children Policy

Our treatments require full focus and involve sharp tools, so a calm and safe environment is essential.
For this reason, we kindly ask that children are not brought into the treatment area.

If bringing a child is unavoidable:

• If the child cries, becomes restless, or causes disruption, the treatment will be stopped immediately.

• In such cases, deposits or payments made in advance are non-refundable.
