Payment must be completed within 30 minutes of making the booking; if not, the booking will not be confirmed and will be automatically canceled.
All bookings are confirmed only after the deposit payment has been received.
Visiting without a confirmed booking may result in unable to receive the service.
Booking & Visit Information
Walk-in visits are possible, but booked clients are prioritized.
Sudden visits without a prior booking may result in inability to receive the service, so booking first is recommended.
Booking Cancellation & Changes
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance; cancellations within 48 hours or on the same day will not be refunded.
If canceled at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit is fully refundable or may be applied to a future booking.
For example, same-day bookings canceled on the same day or bookings canceled within 48 hours will not be refunded.
Deposit Usage
If you cannot attend, your deposit may be used by an acquaintance to receive the service, but you must notify at least 48 hours in advance.
Notifications within 48 hours or on the same day will not allow deposit usage by others, and the deposit is non-refundable.
Late Arrival
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
