   c. Nearpill reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services without prior notice.

2. Appointment Booking:

   a. All appointment bookings are subject to the availability of healthcare professionals.

   b. You can book appointments through the Nearpill website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer support.

   c. Nearpill strives to provide accurate information regarding appointment availability, but we do not guarantee the immediate availability of professionals.

   d. Nearpill reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of professionals.

   e. The booking confirmation will be sent to you via email, SMS, or through the Nearpill mobile app.

3. Healthcare Professionals:

   a. Nearpill ensures that all healthcare professionals are qualified, licensed, and experienced in their respective fields.

   b. The assigned healthcare professional may vary based on availability and expertise.

   c. Nearpill takes measures to verify the credentials and background of healthcare professionals but does not guarantee the outcomes of their services.

   d. You acknowledge that the healthcare professional's recommendations and advice are based on their professional judgment, and you are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of such recommendations.

4. Service at Home:

   a. The scheduled time for the service at your home will be communicated to you through email, SMS, or the Nearpill mobile app.

   b. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the provided address during the scheduled time.

   c. Any changes or cancellations to the service time should be communicated to Nearpill at least 24 hours in advance.

   d. Nearpill reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled without sufficient notice.

5. Payments and Refunds:

   a. Nearpill accepts payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or online banking. The accepted payment methods will be specified during the payment process.

   b. Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service delivery.

   c. In the case of refunds or cancellations, Nearpill's refund policy will apply, which will be communicated to you during the booking or payment process.

   d. Nearpill reserves the right to modify the pricing of services, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Refund Policy for Nearpill:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   a. Refunds may be requested under specific circumstances as outlined below.

   b. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide valid proof of payment and adhere to the refund conditions.

2. Refund Conditions:

   a. If you request a refund after the healthcare professional arrives at your location:

      - You will be eligible for a refund of 70% of the total payment made.

      - The refund request must be made within 24 hours of the service completion.

      - Any discounts or promotional offers applied will be deducted from the refund amount.

   b. If the healthcare professional fails to arrive at your location:

      - You will be eligible for a refund of 95% of the total payment made.

      - The refund request must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.

      - Any discounts or promotional offers applied will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Refund Process:

   a. To initiate a refund request, fill the Refund Form

   b. please contact Nearpill's customer support through the provided channels (phone, email, or chat).

   c. You must provide the necessary details, including proof of payment and the reason for the refund.

   d. Nearpill will review the refund request within a reasonable timeframe.

   e. If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.

4. Non-Refundable Situations:

   a. Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

      - If the refund request is made after the specified timeframes mentioned above.

      - If the service is interrupted, postponed, or canceled due to factors beyond Nearpill's control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or government regulations.

      - If the service cannot be performed as requested due to your failure to provide accurate information or comply with the service requirements.

      - If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the service but the healthcare professional has performed the service as per industry standards.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy:

   a. Nearpill reserves the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time without prior notice.

   b. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Nearpill website.
