Massachusetts Maritime Academy is located at 101 Academy Drive, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532; see the Mass Maritime web site for maps and directions.

Parking: There is a parking lot right next to the Maritime Conference Center that guests can park in. Additionally, right across from the building is a baseball field that has an area all along it that people can park in when the lot fills up.

Please reach out of you'd like to co-organize a shared carpool or van for folks to travel together to the conference, e.g. from the Boston area.
Peter Pan Bus: From Boston South Station or Logan airport to Bourne, ~ $35. There is also a bus from downtown Providence to Bourne (but not directly from the RI airport, so you would have to take one bus from the airport to downtown and then another to Bourne): https://peterpanbus.com/
Airport: Hyannis South Shore Logan Express (every 2 hours) stops is Sagamore. See Google Maps for (16-30 min) bus connection from Sagamore to Buzzards Bay Train Station (about 11 min walk from campus). And/Or reach out to the list to see if somebody can help pick you up in Sagamore or Buzzards Bay.
Uber/Lyft/Taxi would be the only car options, as there is no other public transportation :( -- Unfortunately, there are no train routes as the Cape Flyer train only runs in the summer and ends after Labor Day and the train that was supposed to be open this fall from Boston down to the South Coast has been delayed to Spring 2025. :(

There is some limited availability for conference participants to stay overnight (Fri-Sat and/or Sat-Sun) at the Mass Maritime Convention Center, right where our conference is being held ($150). You can book this accommodation as part of the conference registration process. In addition, Mass Maritime lists various local accommodation options on their web site.
