B: Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy (URSL) or

Insertion / Removal of the J-J Stent
(需要照X-Ray)
Position: Lithotomy
收其中一邊手，收左手或收右手視乎醫生決定。

4: 手鏟x 1
5: 左腳及右腳掛腳腳托
6: 安全帶
注意事項:
1: 手術床需要Slide Down到最後的位置。

C: Nephrectomy or Nephroureterectomy
Position: Lateral and Break Table
沒有前頂但需要2個後頂。
所需物品：
1: 床頭Extension Plate
2: C-ring (40204) x 1
3: Incontinence Pad x 1
4: 橫單 x 3 ~ 4
5: 大頭鏟 x 1
6: Shoulder Support (40605) x 1
7: 手板 x 1
8: 大角度側身手板 x 1
9: 後頂 x 2
10: 墊手Gel Pad x 4 (40403) (2個後頂及上手下手各需要一塊)
11: 大四方Gel Pad (40105) x 1
12: 大枕頭 x 1 (夾腳用)
13: 安全帶 x 1
14: Elastroplast x 2 ~ 3卷
15: Green Gauze
注意事項:
1: 進行Break床時，需優先處理病人頭部及頸部擺位，確保病人頸椎不會過度彎曲。
D: Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL) / ECIRS
Position (1): Modified Lithotomy
先側身少許並在手術的一邊腰部放入水袋，然後掛腳。
此相片為右邊腎臟進行手術的擺位
所需物品：
1: 床尾Extension Plate
2: 手板 x 1
3: 大角度側身手板 x 1
4: 左腳及右腳掛腳腳托
5: 3L NS水袋 x 2
6: 墊手Gel Pad x 2 (40403)
7: 安全帶
注意事項:
1: 放上手的大角度側身手板需要與放下手的普通手 板安裝在同一邊。
2: 手術床需要Slide Down到最後的位置。
Position (2): Prone & Split-leg
所需物品：
1: 床尾Extension Plate
2: Disposable Headrest Pillow
3: 藍紙 (放Headrest Pillow底)
4: 橫單 x 2 ~ 3 (墊起頭部用)
5: 墊手海綿x 2
6: 大半圓Gel Roll (40621) x 2
7: 安全帶
8: 毛巾x 2 (捲起成卷狀，墊腳掌用)
9: 床尾腳板安全帶/分腳帶 (Leg Restraint Cuff) x 2
10: 墊手Gel Pad x 2 (40403) (墊膝部用)
11: Burn Pad (Large) x 2 (包腳用)
12: 3” Cotton Bandage x 2 (綁腳用)
注要事項:
1: 手術床腳板分腳時必需左右腳同時打開。
2: 如病人穿了SCD，建議用3” Cottion Bandage + Burn Pad綁腳 (避免分腳帶勒得太緊)。
3: 手術床需要Slide Down到最後的位置。
E: Orchidectomy / Scrotum related Operation or
Circumcision / Penis related Operation
Position: Normal Supine
所需物品：
1: 手板 x 2
2: 墊手Gel Pad x 2 (40403)
3: 安全帶
