The RAPIDS Tool was formally launched at the NCURA Conference in Washington DC on August 7th 2024.  It is free and completely anonymous to use.  You simply take the survey and then see your responses plotted against the "normal range" of responses from the 1,095 research administrators who took part in the data collection part of the project.  We welcome and encourage people to use the tool, and if you have any suggestions for improvement or would like to let us know what you used the tool for then we would love to hear from you!  You can email us at ncura.rapids@gmail.com or leave a comment below.  Thank-you!
