Audition Forms
This is a sign-up sheet that you can use as a tool in your classrooms. Feel free to use it at your discretion to start a conversation with your students about auditioning and about what voice part they will be auditioning with. The form has a blank for them to sign whenever they (and you) decide to finalize what part they are auditioning with. This is meant to help you know exactly what part they're learning (especially if they work with a separate voice teacher). Hopefully, this will keep us from asking for part changes late in the game. This is not a required form for me, it's just a helpful tool for you.
Audition Procedure (2025)Please go over the audition procedure with your students so that they understand what will happen when they enter the audition room. It is always best for the singer to be as prepared as possible.

Event Schedule (2024)
Use the above event schedule for planning. You might want to plan ahead for your lunches and dinners as there may be limited space available for restaurants within walking distance. There is time allowed in the schedule for off-site meals, but be careful of trying to have meals in really large groups as it usually causes delays in paying and getting back on time.
Event Registration Form (Cheddar Up) (2024)
All registrations for the event will be done through Cheddar Up. There will be an information form to fill out first, and then you will select the appropriate items and add them to your cart. It will ask information for each Event Registration you add, so you will have to add them one at a time, but it will let you do multiple (just one at a time). Then you can add t-shirts. All t-shirts are $17 and are only available in sizes Small-3XL. If you need assistance registering your students for the event, let me know.
Medical/Video Release - Policies and Procedures (2024)
This form is REQUIRED for each and every student. Each form must be signed by student, parent, director, and principal. You mail either scan the forms as a PDF and send them using the google form, or mail the original copies to me directly. Do not send photos of the forms, PDF scans only. They must be printed and kept on hand during the event. I find it best to use the copier with a flash drive to scan all the forms into one file. Please make sure all signatures are present before sending.
