Venue Naming and Management Unit
「未來進行室」與「未來階梯」合併稱為「向未來提案室」,現由產學創新總中心未來智慧工場研究中心管理。
"X Foyer" and "X Forum" are combined and referred to as "X Room," which is currently managed by Atelier Future Research Center, Innovation Headquarters.
試營運期間及對象
Trial Operation Period and Target
向未來提案室從2023年3月至2024年12月為「試營運階段」。
X Room will be in the "Trial Operation Stage" from March 2023 until the end of 2024.
試營運期間以提供學生團體討論優先;若有校內其他活動需使用,管理單位得視借用情形及申請目的開放使用。
During the trial operation period, priority will be given to providing student groups with a discussion space. If there are other campus activities that require the use of the space, the management unit may open it up for use depending on the borrowing situation and purpose of the application.
試營運期間開放對象為學務處生涯組「Career Coaching Program職業生涯教練計畫」、未來智慧工場「Future Dynamic Program向未來提案計畫」及其他經校內單位同意協助申請之學生團體及相關人員使用。
During the trial operation period, the space will be open to the Career Consultant Division of the Student Affairs Office's "Career Coaching Program" and the "Future Dynamic Program " of the Atelier Future and other student groups which are related personnel who have obtained approval and assistance from internal school units for their applications.
開放時間、預約方式及費用
Opening Hours, Reservation Method and Fee
本空間開放使用時間為週一至週五早上8:00到晚上10:00(國定假日除外)。
This space is open for use from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every weekday (expect from national holiday.)
試營運期間開放之對象(含職涯教練計畫各小組)可申請借用場地每周一次為原則;每次使用時間至多4小時,如欲多次或全時段使用須經場地管理單位同意。
During the trial operation period, the target users (including all Career Coaching Program groups) can apply to use the venue once a week as a principle, with each use limited to a maximum of 4 hours. If users want to use the space multiple times or for the entire duration, they must obtain approval from the venue management unit.
預約時請提供場地使用之日期、時間、聯絡人(姓名/電話/email)及活動人員名冊。請於活動辦理前3天申請,以利確認場地。
Please provide the date and time of use, contact person (name/phone/email), and a list of participants, and please make a reservation three days before the event to confirm the availability of the venue.
職涯教練計畫相關人員之場地借用須由學務處生涯組同意及向場地管理單位申請。
The Career Coaching Program-related personnel's use of the venue must be approved by the Student Affairs Office's Career Consultant Division and applied to the venue management unit.
本空間試營運期間開放對象或場地管理單位同意後無收費。
During the trial operation period, there will be no charge for the venue use with the consent of the target users or the venue management unit.
空間限制說明
Space Limit Introduction
未來進行室每時段最多可以容納30人;未來階梯每時段最多可以容納30位同學進入上課。
X Foyer can accommodate up to 30 people per time session, and X Forum can accommodate up to 30 students per session
每次預約請以團體(至少3人)為最低單位預約,請於預約開始使用時間前抵達,每場預約僅保留10分鐘。
Each reservation should be made for a minimum of 3 people as a group, and users should arrive before the scheduled time. Each reservation is held for 10 minutes.
為維護場地之品質及公眾利益,若有違規情事影響場地環境及安全,將停止申請借用資格兩週。
To maintain the quality of the venue and public interest, if there is any violation that affects the environment and safety of the venue, the user's borrowing rights will be suspended for two weeks.
本空間請勿攜帶任何食物,僅接受水、飲料進入(酒類禁止)。
No food is allowed in this space, water and drinks are permitted (No Alcohol).
如飲料打翻,敬請協助清潔乾淨,以不破壞使用環境、不滋生螞蟻為基準。
If a drink spills, please clean it up to maintain the usage environment and prevent ant infestations
有需要協助的話,可以找未來館內的清潔阿姨協助。
If assistance is needed, please contact the cleaning staff in the Future Venue.
