The meeting will take place in the Palazzone di Cortona in Cortona, Italy. For Information on how to reach Cortona, please check the corresponding page.

IMPORTANT: check-in times. 

For the people staying at Palazzone: please, plan your arrival between 14:30 – 20:15. After 20:15, check-in in Palazzone will no longer possible.  

Lunch: daily complete lunch is served at the Palazzone from Monday to Friday. Our funding allows us to offer the lunch for each participant. Accompanying persons may also have lunch at the Palazzone at the price of 23 Euro upon signing in the secretary's office on the previous day. 

On Friday there will be only morning talks (but there will be a LUNCH): thus the meeting is scheduled to END by Friday after LUNCH.
