Dr. Rajendra K. Ray is a passionate academician with research interests in Applied Mathematics. Dr. Ray received his Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India, in 2009. After that, he did his postdoctoral research from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, and the University of Paris Est, France. In December 2010, he joined Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, India, as an Assistant Professor. He is currently working as Professor in the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. His research focuses on Numerical Methods for Partial Differential Equations, Computational Fluid Dynamics, and Mathematical Image Processing.
