NCE PTA is proud to partner with Willie Wilson's Theater Arts Group (TAG) to present....

SHOW TIMES: MARCH 7th and 8TH, 7PM AT NCE

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Registration:

• Registration will be done by grade. All registration must be completed online via Givebacks. *The online enrollment system is designed to cap off enrollment at 32 participants. Once that cap is reached registration will be closed. We cannot guarantee that each grade will have an opportunity to enroll.  If we cap out during one group's enrollment period, the program is closed and no additional registrations will be sold. If we reach our cap before open registration, a “wait list” will be opened for anyone interested on OCTOBER 9th* 

Registration Times:

• Grade 5: Saturday October 7th. Open from 9am-10am

• *Grade 4: Saturday October 7th. Open from 10:30am-11:30am

• *Grade 3: Saturday October 7th. Open from 12:00pm-1:00pm

• *Open registration: October 9th. Opens from 7am until sold out

•  Registration will be monitored. If you submit online enrollment for your child prior to the assigned enrollment period for their grade, their registration will be canceled.

• Registration will be closed between registration periods for each new grade. If you miss your grade’s time period to register, you will have to wait until the open registration date. 

• Registration is first come, first serve.

• Enrollment fee is non-refundable.

REHEARSALS

• Rehearsals will be after school beginning at 2:45 pm and ending at 5:30pm and be held at NCE

• Rehearsals will take place on Tuesdays (unless otherwise noted)

  • Dates are: 

    • Audition Day:  Tuesday - November 14th, 2023.

    • Rehearsals: 11/21, 11/28, 12/5, 12/12, 1/2, 1/9, 1/16, 1/30, 2/6, 2/12(Monday), 2/27 

    • Dress Rehearsals:  March 5th and 6th (Tuesday/Wednesday)

    • Performances: March 7th and 8th, 2024 at 7pm.
