Full Papers on original work with about 300 words of abstract and not exceeding eight A4 size pages conforming to the IEEE style with details of the authors, affiliations, Address and Email-ID should be submitted electronically before the deadline.

Each paper will be blind reviewed by two prominent domain experts.

All accepted and presented papers will be published in Conference Proceedings with ISBN.

For each of the accepted papers, at least one of the authors needs to register.
