Off-Broadway Premiere (2003)

Musical of Musicals set its premier at the York Theatre Company, running for over 200 performances. The cast featured Joanne Bogart, Craig Fols, Lovette George, and Eric Rockwell, with Pamela Hunt as the director and choreographer. The production was nominated for a handful of awards, including the Drama Desk Award and the Lucille Lortel Award, both for Outstanding Musical.

Off-Broadway Re-Opening (2005)

The musical re-opened with the same cast and director, this time at New World Stages. The cast album was then released two years later by Jay Records.

West End (2006)

Musical of Musicals made its London premier at Leicester Square’s Sound Theatre. The production was directed by Julian Woolford featuring Geoffrey Abbott, Joanna Ampil, Susannah Fellows, and Ian McLarnon in the cast.

New Brunswick (2012)

Theatre New Brunswick produced the show in Canada, based in Fredericton. Caleb Marshall directed the production, with Nicola Pantin and Michael Doherty serving as Choreographer and Music Director, respectively.

Virtual Production (2021)

Musical of Musicals returned to the York Theatre Company, this time in a virtual setting in hopes to fundraise for maintenance in the theatre. Director from the original production, Pamela Hunt, returned as an artistic supervisor.
