We've provided a list of area hotels, in the vicinity of the conference site, as well as information on the light rail system below.
Conference attendees are responsible or securing their own accommodations.

UPDATE!
We have been informed the UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel & Conference Center has needed to close its doors due to an unfortunate event. Please review the information below regarding additional hotels and transportation to and from campus.
Many of the hotels sit along the Lynx Light Rail, which conveniently has a stop on the UNC Charlotte campus. You will want to take the GREEN LINE bus on campus to be dropped at the Student Union - East (on Craver Road), which sits directly across from the conference site (College of Health & Human Services building).
The Popp-Martin Student Union sits on Craver Rd., across from the CHHS building. There is a parking garage connected to the Union. Attendees should park here. Hold on to the parking ticket you receive upon entering. You will be given a validated ticket at registration. Both tickets are needed upon exiting the garage.

Charlotte's light rail line goes right to the UNC Charlotte campus! You can choose a hotel along the route and make it to the conference without ever having to move your car. Once you have to campus, you can take a 10-15 minute walk to the conference building or take Niner Transit (campus buses).
We've provided a link to the Routes and Schedules below. Note, all of the hotels listed above have access to the light rail except The Inn at Mt. Pleasant.

Here you will find information on UNC Charlotte's campus shuttle. The shuttle will be running on conference days. The GREEN LINE runs from the light rail to the Student Union/CHHS building.
