The North Carolina Association of Alternative Educators (NCAAE) exists to network, engage, and empower non-traditional educators, caregivers, and allies to positively impact the lives of students on non-traditional pathways to success. 

Mission Statement: 

The NCAAE’s mission is to network and provide resources, advocacy, and professional learning to non-traditional educators, students and their caregivers, and advocates that promote access to quality, responsive, and equitable education and educational resources in alternative learning programs and schools across North Carolina.
