Contact Amy or Raj to add your event to the Pending Events calendar
After your event is published, check the event post for any changes.
After changes are made, Amy or Raj will announce your event which sends an email about your event to all group members.
Monitor the Comments and reply to inquiries,daily, or more often, during the week before your event.
Monitor attendee numbers and the waitlist as the event fills. Adjust the attendee limit as needed to allow the maximum # possible.
Communicate with attendees as needed by text the day of your event.
