Offers individualized adaptive equipment such as communication devices, mobility aids and adaptive technology. This allows children to participate in school, home and social activities with increasing independence (Holland Bloorview, 2024).

Provides family support through counseling, financial assistance, and practical resources. These programs help parents meet the challenges of caregiving and ensure that their child receives the services they need (Holland Bloorview,2024).

Psychological and Mental Health Services

Provides emotional and mental health needs through treatment, evaluation, and counseling. The program helps children and families experiencing stress, trauma, and/or behavioral issues  (Holland Bloorview,2024).

Respite Care

This service supports the family through major transitions, such as discharge from the hospital, back to school, or into the community. The goal of this program is to make such transitions smooth and provided with the support and resources required (Holland Bloorview, 2024).
