A researcher working in the field of, Single-Molecule, Superresolution microscopy, Nano-materials design, and the development of optical techniques for biomedical applications

I did Ph.D. from the School of Basic Sciences Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi under the supervision of Dr. Chayan Kanti Nandi. During my Ph.D. my research was based on the development of nanomaterials for advanced light microscopy techniques including Single-Molecule Fluorescence Microscopy and Superresolution Microscopy.

I completed a Master of Technology degree (M.Tech) in Computational and Systems Biology from the School of Computational & Integrative Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India. Here, I worked on the study of small protein folding problems using the Monte Carlo Simulation Technique, under the supervision of Prof. Pradipta Bandhopadhyay.

Previously, I received a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Physics from the Department of Physics, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University (D.D.U.), Gorakhpur, UP. India

I completed my Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electronics, Physics, and Mathematics from the Department of Physics, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University (D.D.U.), Gorakhpur, UP. India

I have worked as a Junior Research Fellow on the project “Molecular Chaperone Mediated Protein Folding Using Single-Molecule FRET” which was sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, and is supervised by Dr. Chayan Kanti Nandi at IIT Mandi, India. Here, I developed a home build setup for single-molecule spectroscopy and Imaging.

I have worked as a Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Government of India.

I was a faculty of Physics from Jan 2013-Feb 2014 in the School of Engineering, Jaipur National University, Jaipur, India.
