本アプリ「風来坊」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の適切な取り扱いと保護に努めます。
This application "Furaibo" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), developed by tonamigon, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

■ 1. 取得する情報とその利用目的 / Information We Collect and Purpose of Use
(1) 位置情報（GPS・センサーデータ）/ Location Data & Sensors
【利用目的】
現在地から目的地までの直線方向・距離の計算、コンパス針の表示、および「おまかせ目的地・ルート」機能における周辺スポットの検索のために利用します。
【取り扱い】
位置情報はユーザーの端末内でリアルタイムに処理され、開発者や第三者のサーバーへ常時送信・追跡（トラッキング）されることは一切ありません。
なお、「おまかせ目的地・ルート」機能をご利用の場合、アプリが提案・作成した目的地およびルートの座標と訪問日を、ユーザーが実際に訪問した記録として「おまかせ履歴」にアプリ内保存します。この履歴データの取り扱いは (2)・(3) に準じます。
[Purpose] Used to calculate direction and distance from your current location to destinations, display the compass, and search for nearby spots in "Omakase Destination & Route" feature.
[Handling] Location data is processed in real-time within your device and is never continuously uploaded to or tracked by our or third-party servers.
When you use the "Omakase Destination & Route" feature, the coordinates of the destination and route the App proposed, together with the visit date, are saved in the App as "Omakase History", recording it as a place you actually visited. This history data is handled in accordance with sections (2) and (3) below.
(2) ライブラリデータ（ポイント・ルート・フォルダ構成・おまかせ履歴）/ Library Data
【利用目的】
ユーザーが登録したポイント、作成したルート、フォルダ構成、および「おまかせ目的地・ルート」機能によりアプリが生成した目的地・ルートの座標と訪問日（おまかせ履歴）の保存・表示のために利用します。
【取り扱い】
原則としてユーザーの端末内ローカルストレージに安全に保管されます。
[Purpose] Used to save and display points, routes, and folder structures registered by the user, as well as the destination/route coordinates and visit dates ("Omakase History") automatically generated by the App through the "Omakase Destination & Route" feature.
[Handling] Stored locally on the user's device by default.
(3) アカウント・認証情報（クラウド同期利用時のみ・任意）/ Account & Authentication Information (Optional Cloud Sync)
【利用目的】
複数端末間でのデータ共有や、機種変更・再インストール時のデータ復元のために利用します。同期対象には、ポイント・ルート・フォルダ構成に加え、「おまかせ履歴」も含まれます。
【サインイン方法】
OAuth認証（「Googleでサインイン」または「Appleでサインイン」）
【取り扱いとプライバシー保護】
・クラウド同期は任意のオプション機能です。サインインを行わない場合、ポイント・ルート・フォルダ構成および「おまかせ履歴」を含むすべてのデータは端末内のみに留まります。
・認証基盤として Google Firebase（Firebase Authentication）を使用し、一意のアカウント識別子（UID）を発行して同期データを管理します。
・原則として、開発者がユーザーのプライベートな保存データ（地点名、メモ、ルート詳細、おまかせ履歴等）を閲覧・二次利用することはありません。ただし、システム障害の調査、トラブルシューティング、またはユーザー本人からのサポート依頼・お問い合わせ対応に必要な最小限の範囲においてのみ、データを確認する場合があります。
・取得したデータがマーケティングや第三者への販売等に利用されることは一切ありません。
[Purpose] Used for synchronizing library data — including points, routes, folder structures, and "Omakase History" — across multiple devices, and for restoring data when switching devices or reinstalling the App.
[Sign-in Methods] OAuth Authentication ("Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple").
[Handling & Privacy Protection]
- Cloud sync is completely optional. If not used, all data — including points, routes, folder structures, and "Omakase History" — remains strictly on your local device.
- We use Google Firebase to manage authentication and synchronization via unique user identifiers (UID).
- In principle, the developer does not view or utilize your private saved data (point names, notes, route details, Omakase History, etc.). However, data may be accessed to the minimum extent necessary solely for system troubleshooting, resolving technical failures, or responding to user support requests with your consent.
- Your data will never be sold, used for marketing, or shared with third parties.
■ 2. データの保存先とセキュリティ / Data Storage & Security
クラウド同期機能を有効にした場合、ポイント・ルート・フォルダ構成および「おまかせ履歴」を含むライブラリデータは Google Firebase（Cloud Firestore）の安全なサーバーに暗号化通信（HTTPS / SSL / TLS）を用いて保管されます。
When cloud sync is enabled, your library data — including points, routes, folder structures, and "Omakase History" — is securely stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) servers using encrypted communication (HTTPS / SSL / TLS).
■ 3. データの削除とアカウント管理 / Data Deletion & Account Rights
ユーザーはご自身のデータを完全に管理・削除する権利を有しています。
Users have full rights to manage and delete their personal data and account at any time.
【アプリ内からの即時削除手順 / In-App Deletion Procedure】
アプリ内の「設定」>「クラウド同期」画面より、以下の操作をいつでも行うことができます。
・「アカウントを削除してサインアウト」: クラウド（Firestore）上に保存されたすべての同期データ（ポイント・ルート・フォルダ・おまかせ履歴）を完全に削除し、アカウント登録を抹消します。
・「クラウド上のデータのみ削除」: アカウントは維持したまま、クラウド上の同期データ（ポイント・ルート・フォルダ・おまかせ履歴を含む）のみを完全消去します。
※いずれの場合も、操作を実行するとFirebaseサーバー上のデータは即座に完全消去されます。
You can delete your cloud data and account at any time via the App: "Settings" > "Cloud Sync".
- "Delete Account and Sign Out": Permanently deletes all synchronized data (points, routes, folders, and Omakase History) from the cloud (Firestore) and deletes your registered account.
- "Delete Cloud Data": Permanently removes all synchronized cloud data (including points, routes, folders, and Omakase History) while keeping your account.
* In both cases, executing the action immediately and permanently removes the data from the Firebase servers.
【アプリ外からの削除リクエスト / External Deletion Request】
アプリをアンインストール済み等の理由でアプリから削除できない場合は、下記のサポート窓口まで登録メールアドレスを明記の上ご連絡ください。本人確認完了後、サーバーから速やかにデータを完全削除いたします。
If you are unable to delete your account from within the App (e.g., after uninstalling the App), please contact our support email below with your registered email address. We will promptly and permanently delete your account and associated data upon verification.

■ 4. 第三者提供について / Third-Party Disclosure
本アプリは、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報や保存データを第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
The App will never disclose, share, or sell personal information or stored data to third parties without user consent, except as required by law.
■ 5. 免責事項 / Disclaimer
本アプリの案内や外部オープンデータ（OpenStreetMap等）の誤り、位置情報の誤差、データ消失等に起因して生じた損害やトラブルについて、開発者は一切の責任を負いかねます。
The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages, accidents, or losses arising from navigation inaccuracies, open data errors, location discrepancies, or data loss.
