本アプリ「風来坊」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。
This application “Furaibo” (hereinafter referred to as “this app”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.
取得する情報 / Information We Collect
本アプリは、以下の情報を取得または利用する場合があります。
端末上で利用する情報（外部へ送信・保存しないもの）:
位置情報（GPS）：走行距離、速度、方位などの計算と表示のため。
センサー情報（加速度、方位など）：走行距離、速度、方位などの計算と表示のため。
Bluetoothデバイスの名称・ボタン入力：リモコン操作による機能利用のため。
端末の機種情報（OSの種類、バージョンなど、個人を特定できない情報）：アプリ内機能の最適化、端末ごとの最適な動作のため。
外部サービス（ジオコーディングサービス）へ送信する可能性のある情報:
検索クエリ：ユーザーが場所を検索するために入力した文字列（地名、住所、施設名など）。
現在地の緯度・経度情報：ユーザーが現在地周辺の検索機能を利用する場合。
IPアドレス等、APIリクエストに伴い技術的に送信される情報。
This app may collect or use the following information:
Information Used Locally on the Device (Not Transmitted or Stored Externally):
Location data (GPS): For calculating and displaying distance, speed, heading, etc.
Sensor data (acceleration, orientation, etc.): For calculating and displaying distance, speed, heading, etc.
Bluetooth device name and button input: For using features via remote control.
Device model information (OS type, version, etc., non-personally identifiable information): For optimizing in-app functionality and ensuring optimal operation per device.
Information Potentially Transmitted to External Services (Geocoding Service):
Search queries: Strings entered by the user to search for locations (e.g., place names, addresses, facility names).
Current latitude and longitude information: If the user utilizes the feature to search around their current location.
IP address and other technical information transmitted with API requests.
利用目的 / Purpose of Use
取得した情報は、以下の目的で使用されます：
走行距離、速度、方位などの計算と表示。
リモコンを用いた距離リセットやモード切替等の操作。
アプリ内機能の最適化。
端末ごとの最適な動作のため。
ジオコーディングサービス（場所の検索）:
ユーザーが入力した検索クエリや現在地情報に基づき、関連する地理空間情報（緯度、経度、場所の名称など）を取得し、アプリ内で表示するため。
地図上での場所の特定や、目的地設定などのナビゲーション関連機能を提供するため。
Collected data is used for:
Calculating and displaying distance, speed, and heading.
Remote control operation such as distance reset and mode switch.
Improving app functionality.
Ensuring optimal operation per device.
Geocoding Service (Location Search):
To obtain relevant geospatial information (latitude, longitude, place names, etc.) based on user-input search queries or current location information, and display it within the app.
To provide location identification on maps and navigation-related features such as destination setting.
外部サービスとの連携 / Collaboration with External Services
本アプリは、場所の検索機能（ジオコーディング）を提供するために、OpenStreetMapのNominatim APIを利用しています。この機能を利用する際、以下の情報がOpenStreetMap Foundationが運営するNominatim APIサーバーに送信されることがあります。
送信される情報: 上記「1. 取得する情報」の「外部サービス（ジオコーディングサービス）へ送信する可能性のある情報」に記載の通りです。
利用目的: 上記「2. 利用目的」の「ジオコーディングサービス（場所の検索）」に記載の通りです。
Nominatim APIのプライバシーポリシー: Nominatim APIにおけるデータの取り扱いについては、OpenStreetMap Foundationのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
This app uses the OpenStreetMap Nominatim API to provide location search functionality (geocoding). When using this feature, the following information may be sent to the Nominatim API servers operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation:
Information Transmitted: As described in “Information Potentially Transmitted to External Services (Geocoding Service)” under “1. Information We Collect” above.
Purpose of Use: As described in “Geocoding Service (Location Search)” under “2. Purpose of Use” above.
Nominatim API Privacy Policy: For information on how data is handled by the Nominatim API, please review the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s Privacy Policy.
第三者提供 / Third-party Sharing
本アプリは、法令に基づく場合やユーザーの同意がある場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を意図的に第三者に提供・共有することはありません。
ただし、上記「3. 外部サービスとの連携」に記載の通り、ジオコーディング機能の提供に必要な範囲で、OpenStreetMap Nominatim APIに情報が送信されます。これは本アプリの機能を提供するために不可欠なものです。
This app does not intentionally share or provide personal information to third parties, except as required by law or with user consent.
However, as described in “3. Collaboration with External Services” above, information is sent to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim API to the extent necessary to provide the geocoding functionality. This is essential for providing the features of this app.
データの保存 / Data Storage
本アプリは、走行距離や速度などのユーザーデータをアプリの利用中のみ端末内に一時的に保存する場合があります。これらのデータはアプリの機能提供に必要な範囲に限定され、アプリを終了すると自動的に削除されるか、ユーザーが明示的に削除操作を行った場合に削除されます。
Nominatim APIから取得した検索結果は、ユーザー体験の向上のため、一時的に端末内にキャッシュとして保存されることがありますが、これもアプリのアンインストール時やキャッシュクリア操作時に削除されます。
上記以外で、ユーザーの個人情報や利用データを外部のサーバーに意図的に保存することはありません。
This app may temporarily store user data, such as your activity history, locally within the app only during your usage. This data is limited to the extent necessary for providing the app’s features and is automatically deleted when you close the app or when the user explicitly performs a deletion operation.
Search results obtained from the Nominatim API may be temporarily stored as a cache on the device to improve user experience; this cache is also deleted when the app is uninstalled or when a cache clearing operation is performed.
Other than the above, this app does not intentionally store users’ personal information or usage data on external servers.
