It was a quite evening, just beofre the dusk when groups of partridges started calling and counter calling. Later Blyht's trogopon adds it voice to the melody. It was serene to listen to the sounds.

It was beautiful day for migrations. Hawthorn Orchard was full of migrating warblers and other birds. It was magical time to be listening to birds. In this recording you will here at least 16 speices singing.
Dawn Chorus in Adirondack NY in May
Ravens were going crazy, beautiful White-throated Sparrows were singing their souldful songs and Black-capped Chickadees and Winter Wren were tinkling with songs while a Red Squirrel was angry about something.

There were at least 20 males vying for females attention. Some of them confronting with each other. Some of them tapping their feet on the observation hut roof.

Many birds were calling including Eastern Whipbird, Spotted Catbird and Golden Whistler.
Soundscape at Tiritri Matangi Island, New Zealand
