I help heal and restore peoples movement, joy and quality of life through:

• Remedial massage therapy that includes: deep tissue massage (acupressure of:  neck/shoulder, sciatica and back, hands foot and ear); relaxed aromatherapy massage; Indian head massage; hands and foot massage)

•  Reiki healing, Reiki attunement/training and chakra balance- one to one, groups - face to face and long distance

• Do counseling skills and mindfulness.  Also I do health advise/ coaching/training  and counselling 

I implement integrative medicine to treat a person as a whole: mind, body and soul. Your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs are all involved, so integrative medicine uses a combination of therapies.
