Guidelines for Poster Presenters

• There is no required format for poster presentations. Posters should not exceed 90 cm (W) × 120 cm (H).

• Please print your poster in advance and bring it with you. Printing services are not available at the venue.

• Each poster has been assigned a board number, which was previously announced by e-mail. You can also find your poster number in the table below. Please attach your poster to the board matching your assigned number.

• Mounting materials (e.g., tape, pins) will be provided at the poster area.

• Posters will be reviewed by the judging committee during the poster session. Presenters are kindly asked to stay by their posters during this time. Best Poster Awards will be announced at the closing ceremony.
