Naval Officer Candidate Course is the Philippine Navy’s officer training program. It is open to personnel with the rank of E-4 and above who aspire to become naval officers. NOCC transforms senior enlisted sailors into future leaders of the fleet. Graduates of the program are commissioned as Probationary Ensigns and continue their service as officers in the Philippine Navy.
Naval Air Wing is the spearhead of the navy, taking the front charge against all enemies for aerial combat.
Naval Security Force or "NSF" is the Philippine Navy’s security force and law enforcement force responsible for protecting bases, facilities, personnel, and important assets. It keeps order by enforcing regulations, guarding restricted areas, and conducting regular patrols. The NSF also secures both land and waters under naval control and is ready to respond to raids, terrorism, or any threat that may endanger the safety of the Navy.
Offshore Combat Force is the domestic unit of the Navy, focusing on anti-pirate measures, territorial defense, and maritime patrol.
Quartermaster Service is the unit responsible for custom uniforms and award regulations, such as badges and ribbons.
