• Thakur GOVARDHAN SINGH, Thakur Saheb of Jhalai 1907/1956, born about 1884, he was selected to succeeded by HH the Maharaja of Jaipur; he wished to adopt his brother as his successor, but he died in 1937, and he therefore adopted Rajkumar Jai Singh, the younger son of the Maharaja Sahib of Jaipur, he married 2ndly, 1920, a niece of the Maharaja of Bikaner, and had adoptive issue. He died sp in 1956.
