Hotels

We have secured a block of 154 rooms at our host hotel, Crowne Plaza Kitchener, at a discounted group rate of $179.00 per night.

• 114 rooms with 2 Queen beds

• 40 rooms with a King bed and double bed size sofa pull out

• Some single sized roll-out cots are available, first requested, first served, for $15 per room per night - request after booking online by contacting hotel

Cost:

• All room types are $179.00 +taxes and fees

• For those wishing to check-in before Thursday, May 16th or checkout after Monday, May 20th: 

  • Rooms are available at group discount rate 4 days before and 4 days after competition dates, subject to hotel availability

  • If you want to add days on before or after your booking, you must call the hotel after you have made your reservation

• Rooms must be booked by Friday, April 16th, 2024, any rooms not booked by that date will be released by the hotel for general sale at regular rates

• Rooms may be cancelled 7 days prior to check-in with no penalty

• 1 night non-refundable deposit will be taken on Friday, April 26, 2024 for each individual room reservation

• Parking is $12 per vehicle per night

  • The hotel is a close taxi ride from Waterloo Airport (YKF) & the iON light rail train is available out front to take you to Laurier

• Check-in time is 3:00pm EST and check-out time is 11:00am EST

Booking Considerations:

• Please only book rooms that you reasonably believe you will need

• Please ensure you are filling your rooms with people (no single or double occupancy in a 4 person room, etc., please)
