We want to equip you to bring values based leadership development to your program participants. PAL chapters can attend in-person training at the Annual National PAL Training & Conference. Additionally, an opportunity for PAL chapters to register to receive training on the implementation of iLead is being provided by Maxwell Leadership Foundation under the National PAL framework. 

Maxwell Leadership Foundation offers multiple approaches to your training needs including self guided and in-person options. For a self guided approach to your learning, you have access to a pre-recorded video to use along with the iLead Sponsor Guide and Student Facilitator Guide. In addition to the live Annual National PAL Training & Conference, Mentor Grant Recipient Training, we also offer scheduled training sessions that align with the typical U.S. school semester for chapters to register to attend.
