Paper Submission and Registration

Only the original and unpublished research work will be accepted for oral presentation. The paper should be in Hindi or English only. The conference details and paper format refer to URL: https://sites.google.com/view/national-conference-scert/home. 

After the peer review process, the authors will be notified about acceptance, along with a link for registration and fee submission. Registration and Paper Submission (full-length paper ranging from 04 pages to 10 pages) can be made at link: https://forms.gle/FUGrnfmyHnbiqnYY7.

Registration Fee

For paper presentation, at least one author needs to register for the conference and submit the fee in the prescribed category mentioned below:

·       Academician / Researchers          Rs. 500/-

·       Masters / Ph.D. Students              Rs. 300/-

·       UG students presenting paper       Rs. 100/-

·       Attendee without paper presentation No fee

Only the accepted paper will receive the registration and fee submission link. Attendees without papers may directly fill the registration form. The organisers reserve the right to shortlist attendee participants and restrict the number of accommodations based on rational criteria as deemed appropriate.

Publications and Certificates

High-quality papers presented orally at the conference may be considered for publication in the peer-reviewed and refereed journal J-SIASTE (ISSN: 3049-2629) without any publication charges, subject to meeting the quality standards and editorial guidelines of the journal. Authors whose papers are selected for publication will be informed separately by the organizing or editorial team. Certificates shall be issued to all paper presenters as well as registered attendees.
