National Conference is a flagship academic initiative of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Haryana, designed to provide a rigorous scholarly platform for academicians, researchers, teacher educators, policymakers, and educational practitioners. The conference seeks to encourage in-depth deliberations on emerging perspectives, innovations, and challenges in teacher education in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the evolving demands of 21st-century skills.
The primary focus of the conference is to critically examine and reimagine teacher education through transformative pedagogical frameworks, learner-centric approaches, and evidence-based practices. Special emphasis is placed on innovative pedagogical models, technology-enabled teaching–learning processes, and the integration of digital tools to enhance classroom effectiveness and professional preparedness of teachers.
The conference further aims to facilitate meaningful academic dialogue by bringing together diverse stakeholders to share research findings, professional experiences, and best practices from school and teacher education systems. By fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and reflective discourse, the conference aspires to contribute to the development of sustainable, inclusive, and scalable models of teacher education capable of addressing the complex challenges of the post-NEP 2020 era.
The conference has a broad and interdisciplinary scope, with a special focus on AI and NEP-2020. It aims to promote original, evidence-based, and practice-oriented research aligned with NEP-2020, rapid AI-driven transformations, and evolving global educational practices. Scholars, educators, researchers, and practitioners are invited to submit papers under the following thematic tracks.
