Registration Guideline

Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins.

You must send the payment  to :

you must indicate your name and the Paper(s) ID on the payment transfer reference .

Registration Fees :

Locals must present their papers in presential

• Scholars (PhD Student)                   

                      2500 Da(Virtual)

                      3500 Da(Presential (Oral), Poster)

• Scholars (PhD/Post Doc.)    

                      3500 Da(Virtual)

                      4500 Da(Presential (Oral), Poster)

• Industrial participants         

                      5500 Da(Virtual)

                            6500 Da(Presential (Oral), Poster)

For the second paper, an amount is added 1500 Da

Registration deadline:  25 November 2023

The registration fees include lunch,  conference bag for Presential (Oral, Poster) and  does not constitute an offer to pay travel and hotel . Similarly,  A discounted registration rate will be available for VIRTUAL paper presentation.

Please note that all presenters (Presential (Oral) ,Poster and virtual conference) must register for the Conference and pay the appropriate registration fee by Friday  25 November 2023. It will be assumed any presenter not registered by this date has withdrawn their full paper from the program.
