Authors are invited to submit papers for NCETEE'23. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously .
The Conference program will consist of a combination of ORAL, POSTER and VIRTUAL paper presentation.

Notification of full papers acceptance 17 November 2023
Registration deadline 23 November 2023
Please note that all presenters (Oral ,Poster and virtual conference) must register for the Conference and pay the appropriate registration fee by Friday 24 November 2023. It will be assumed any presenter not registered by this date has withdrawn his full papers from the program.

Submitters will receive automatic email confirmation of their submission. If you are not getting any reply then, you can mail us to ncetee23@univ-setif.dz Mention your submitted Paper ID in the mail.
ORAL PAPER PRESENTATION
The oral paper presentation may be authored by an individual or by a group. The oral presentations will be grouped in parallel sessions based on the sub-themes. The author(s) must submit a full paper.
POSTER PRESENTATION
The poster presentation may be created by an individual or by a group and is to be displayed on a portable wall. At times, the author(s) of the poster will accompany it, to answer questions that people have. To apply for a poster presentation, the author(s) must submit a full paper.
