The Cheetah lives in Africa on the African savanna. The cheetah is the fastest land animal in the world and the fourth fastest animal in the world. Its top speed is about 75 mph(Miles per hour). It can only hold its top speed for about 45 seconds. The cheetah is a meat eater so the cheetah eats gazelle, zebra and warthogs. Cheetah cubs are mimicking to a honey badger. Cheetahs are vulnerable because of hunting, An animal that is listed vulnerable may soon become endangered. There are only about 7,500 adult cheetahs left in the wild. The cheetah population has dropped to more than 30 percent in -the past 20 years. In northwest Africa, the cheetah is critically endangered.
