If you are exhibiting at the conference, your stand has been booked for the entire event - from Friday 26th June 10am to Saturday 27th June 5pm.
In order to set up your exhibition stand prior to the arrival of delegates, please arrive at Conference Aston between 10am and 12pm on Friday 26th June. When you arrive, report to the main NATECLA registration desk and somebody will be happy to show you to your stand.
The W-Fi code will be made available at points throughout the Conference Aston building during the event.
If you have large items to unload, you can park for 5 minutes on Aston Street, directly outside the Conference Aston building to do this. See the ‘Aston University pick up’ pin on Google Maps and the map and screenshot ➡️➡️➡️
Parking inspectors are especially vigilent on the Aston University campus, so please ensure you only park here for a maximum of 5 minutes.
If you arrive at the Aston Street drop off point, you can call Irene or Laura (see above) and we will arrange for the restaurant doors at the back of the exhibition area to be opened for you.
