Daily training - 2022
Playing sports was never my cup of tea so I've never gotten a lot of exercises. Things changed during the second semester of 10th grade. I was informed that the military training entrance test was approaching. I really wanted to get into the course in order to avoid the risk of being drafted into the army when I grew older so I started training. Everyday I would spend around 20 to 30 minutes doing a certain workout including push-ups, sit-ups, and more. In the end, all of the training sessions paid off as I was able to pass and get into the military training course. Still, after the test, I still persisted on the training as I believe it would help with my physical ability and my health overall. This training schedule taught me to manage my time, sacrificing some of my free time to do something beneficial.

Snorkeling at Koh Larn - 2022
The first time I went snorkeling was when I was still in primary school so the snorkeling experience I got during my family trip to Koh Larn in 2022 was fairly new for me to say the least. I participated in many activities during the trip but snorkeling was the most memorable experience for me. The water was nice and cold in the hot weather and the coral lines were beautiful. The learning outcome from this activity isn't really anything long-termed, rather it's just for the sake of exercising my body and gaining new experience and knowledge in the process.

First time dancing - 2023
Wanting to try new things, I joined a dance group preparing to perform for the 2023 Songkran Festival at Wells International School. I'd never really enjoyed dancing before since I was a child. I took part in dance classes seriously back when they were mandatory and dropped them as soon as I could due to the fact that I found it embarassing. This time however, I didn't feel scared to do something new. Maybe it is a part of growing up where the amount of embarrassment you get from doing certain things decreases as you mature. And so I went for it, practicing with the group for a few days before taking the stage. I did get quite excited before the performance but the experience was fun overall and I also found out that my stage fright was significantly lower compared to my past self.

Cycling at Ancient City bangkok - 2022
Continuing my pursuit to fitness, I kept looking for new ways of exercise. My twin brother was a cyclist for quite some time so I figured I should try it out. For that reason, one day, me, my brother, and a friend rented out bikes at the ancient city and cycled around the place for several hours. While not my first time cycling, it had been a while since I last cycled prior to this experience, back when I was in primary school if I'm not mistaken. It was refreshing to break out of my fitness routine for a day and try new stuff which I'm not used to while still persevering my main journey to the fitness goal I set.

Hiking Club with Mr. Chi - 2023 - 2024
I've participated in multiple hiking trips as a member of the WIS Hiking Club throughout 2023 and 2024. We visited many hiking trails in Thailand, including Khao Cha Ngok at Nakhon Nayok to name one. Living in a city where nature is a rare sight, taking a long, vigorous walk in the countryside is one way to reconnect with nature. Furthermore, going on a hiking trip once every month or two keeps the body healthy and ready to take on more tiring activities in the future. Since hiking isn't the most popular activity in this day and age, going on a hike also means supporting local businesses such as restaurants near the trails. While not providing a notable long-term challenge, the hiking club provided challenges for me to overcome in the form of trips, each trip with varying difficulty placed on my body. Overall, the Hiking club is a good excuse to hang out with friends while exercising your body and reconnecting your soul to nature.
