NATB Trails & Work
Trail Work
There is always trimming and clearing to do on our trails. We are always looking for volunteers to help with the work. Please contact us if you can help us this summer/fall with any trail work.
If you complete any work on the trails, please notify us so that we can submit it for funding. If you click on the "Submit Work" button, it will open up a form that you can fill out with the work you completed.
Thank you!

Map Of Trails
NYSSA has an interactive Web Map at this link: NYSSA WEBMAP .
We also purchased maps this year through www.freemanmapstore.com. We plan on updating junctions with a lamented map for reference and a number of our area business have some available. The mail boxes located on our trails will be stock once we start grooming.
Our trails include the following:
C8C from Cannon Corners Road to County Line Road and we maintain the Franklin County stretch from County Line Road to Junction FRAN 7 in Malone.
S87 from the Military Turnpike to County Line Road (Jun CLIN 21).
C8F from Jun CLIN 3 off C8C (near Bull Run Road) to Junction Clin 24 (Steam Mill Road).
C8F is closed from Junction Clin 24 to Lyon Mountain via the Bradly Pond Road. We are looking for alternative routes that will allow us to re-open but at this time we do not have one.
S88 from Junction Clin24 (Steam Mill Road) over Panther Mountain to Route 374. This route goes through the large maple/birch Syrup Operation, New Leaf Tree Syrups. This is an active operation and all snowmobilers need to be careful. BE RESPECTFUL! We do not want to lose access to this trail!
S71 goes between S88 from Junction CLIN 23 near Steam Mill Road/Peets Road and to C8C, Junction CLIN 20 at the Looby Road in Churubusco.
The officers and members of the Northern Adirondack Trailbreakers Snowmobile Club would like to publicly thank all the landowners who allow snowmobile trails on their property. Without these landowners, snowmobiling would not be possible. Snowmobiling is a great way for people of all ages to get outdoors in the winter, it brings revenue into the area at a time when it’s needed the most and, as we all know, it’s just plain fun. We would especially like to thank the landowners for their patience regarding the two percent of people who apparently can’t read trail signs or stay on the marked trails.
