For the Mind map project i was tasked with building a diagram of connections and i chose to write about improving my mental health and what things i can task myself to do to have the best possible result of my goal. For example If my goal was to become a professional chef one of the firsts steps to make that happen would be taking a cooking class
What i learned with completing this assignment was that i have many different ways to improve my mental health, I always feel like I have no time to do anything because I have school and work that take up majority of my time, I now have found things i can achieve without having to slack on responsibility or lose sight of what's important, for ex. taking time away from social media actually free's up a good amount of my time where I could be reading and etc.
