What time should I arrive?
We will begin our celebration at 7:00pm.
Please arrive at that time for photos, snacks and finding your seats.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! The Graycliff has ample on-site parking for all guests.
Where should I stay?
For your comfort we will be establishing a hotel block with a special rate for our group.
This hotel block will also provide transportation between the hotel and venue (at no additional charge).
Please let us know if you are interested in participating in this hotel block, so that we may keep in mind as we finalize.
Details will be shared with those interested, at a later date, for you to make your reservation.
Dress Code & Etiquette
What is the dress code?
We kindly ask guests to wear formal attire.
Women, please refrain from wearing white.
Men, please refrain from wearing sage/light green.
Are children invited?
Yes! We would love to have your whole family join us for this multi-generational celebration.
If you have a child, they will be noted on the RSVP for you to confirm attendance.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity limits, we can only accommodate the guests explicitly named on your invitation.
Please only bring the people listed on your RSVP form. We appreciate your understanding!
Food & Drink
Is there an open bar?
Yes, we will be providing an open bar!
Please bring a valid ID and, should you wish, cash for tipping our bartenders.
What if I have a dietary restriction or food allergy?
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you submit your RSVP so we can ensure we have appropriate food options.
