In the summer of 2024, Natalie and Blong were 1,450 miles apart—but they were walking the exact same path.

Natalie had traveled from Tulsa to New Jersey, to spend a season of reflection and growth with her family. Back in Tulsa, Blong was immersed in his own journey of the same accord.

 At the time, neither was searching for love; instead, they were quietly tending to their own gardens—honoring the seasons they were in, learning who they were meant to be, and nurturing their roots with intention and care.

As they focused on their own growth, something natural and beautiful happened. Their gardens began to flourish so vibrantly that they drew their butterflies to one another across the distance. What started as a connection between New Jersey and Oklahoma quickly blossomed into a profound, life-changing friendship. 

They discovered that beyond the romance, they had found their best friend—the one person who truly understood the landscape of their soul.

What began across the miles revealed how close they had been all along. 

This Spring, Natalie and Blong celebrate more than a wedding.

 They celebrate the blending of their families, the joining of two best friends, and the beautiful, shared garden they continue to cultivate.
