A gentle weekend to rest, reconnect, and feel more steady in yourself
Small group | Sinofield Retreat, Leura | Friday 30 October – Sunday 1 November 2026
A space to step away
There are times in life when something begins to feel different.
For some, this happens through midlife — where sleep, stress, mood, and energy shift in ways that can feel unfamiliar or unsettling.
For others, it comes later — with more space, but not always more clarity. A quiet sense that something has changed, and a question of what comes next.
This retreat is a space to step away from daily demands and gently reconnect — to better understand what’s happening, and to feel more steady within it.
Over the weekend, you’ll be supported through:
gentle, therapeutic movement
breath and nervous system practices
simple, relevant understanding of midlife changes
space for reflection and shared experience
There is nothing you need to push through.
Everything is optional and designed to feel accessible, supportive, and respectful of where you are.
The retreat space
The retreat will be held at Sinofield, a quiet, natural setting in Leura designed to support rest and reconnection.
Surrounded by open space and greenery, it offers a simple, peaceful environment where you can step away from daily demands and settle more easily into the weekend.
Accommodation is shared (with a limited number of single rooms available), and all meals are provided across the weekend.
The space itself becomes part of the experience.
Why this retreat is different
This isn’t a typical retreat.
It’s grounded in both psychological insight and body-based practice, with a focus on understanding and supporting your nervous system — not fixing or forcing change.
With many years of experience facilitating retreat spaces, Nat holds the weekend in a way that allows you to slow down, feel supported, and engage at your own pace.

About Nat
Natalie Haider is a psychologist and yoga therapist who supports women navigating the physical and emotional transitions of midlife and beyond.
Her work integrates psychological insight with nervous system regulation and gentle, body-based practices.
She has facilitated over 20 weekend retreats at Billabong Retreat, along with retreats for her own students and for young people through her work with The Yoga Foundation.
Her approach has developed through both professional training and lived experience — and a deep understanding of how often women’s experiences during this stage of life are misunderstood or overlooked.
Nat also works from a Health At Every Size® informed perspective, supporting women to develop a compassionate relationship with their bodies during times of change.
