  • Safety protocols and guidelines for excursions will be strictly followed to ensure the well-being of all participants.

  • Students are required to comply with safety instructions provided during excursions and follow the guidance of course instructors and guides.

  • Risk assessment and management strategies will be taught and implemented throughout the course.

• Academic Integrity:

  • Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in severe penalties, including possible expulsion from the course.

  • Proper citation of sources and originality in assignments and projects is mandatory.

Procedures:

• Excursion Planning and Execution:

  • Students will learn the step-by-step procedures involved in planning, organizing, and executing excursions.

  • Practical sessions and case studies will be used to demonstrate the application of theoretical knowledge.

  • Field trips and practical experiences will be organized to provide hands-on learning opportunities.

• Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Assessment criteria, grading policy, and evaluation methods will be clearly communicated at the beginning of the course, also it is written in section of Grading Policies

  • Assignments, exams, projects, and participation will be assessed according to the outlined grading policy.

• Communication and Feedback:

  • Clear communication channels between instructors and students will be established.

  • Feedback mechanisms will be in place for students to express concerns, suggestions, or feedback regarding the course.

• Emergency Procedures:

  • Procedures for handling emergencies during excursions, including medical emergencies, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, will be taught and followed diligently.
