Presenter FAQs
Q: Is there are time limit for my presentation?
A: Workshops are scheduled for 2 hours. Regular panel and special plenary sessions are scheduled for 75 minutes. Please note that presentations running over their allotted time may get cut off without warning because streams are associated with the pre-determined time slot and a new panel may need to access the same auditorium for the next session. Be mindful of the time and try to fit all your important contributions within the allotted time frame.
Q: Where can I access technical support?
A: A technical support person will be assigned to each presentation during the conference to assist all presenters. Technical support staff will also be available through the Information Desk in the online event platform. If you have any questions leading up to or during the conference, please don't hesitate to contact our technical support team at northamericanspr@gmail.com
Q: How do I access the virtual conference platform?
A: This can be done using the myOnvent event link provided in an email sent out to everyone who has registered for the conference. We encourage you to sign in to the NASPR Chapter Meeting event as soon as possible to ensure all information regarding your presentation is accurate. Please note that poster booth presenters will need to register as such through myOnvent.
Q: How do I access my session as a presenter?
A: You will receive a personal message in your Onvent chat with the location of your Zoom room link for your virtual presentation 24-48 hours in advance of your presentation. You should also receive a copy of the link via email at least 24 hours before your presentation time.
