This Data Removal Policy describes how users of the Scoreboard App (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") may request the deletion of any personal data we may hold. We are committed to respecting your privacy rights and will respond to all valid removal requests promptly.
You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we may hold about you, in accordance with applicable privacy laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will:
Confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
Identify and delete any personal data associated with your request within 30 days
Notify you in writing once the deletion has been completed
Inform you of any data we are legally obligated to retain, and the reason for doing so

We do not require you to provide sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to locate the data in question.
Certain information is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to us. This data is outside our control and cannot be removed by us remotely. To delete it, you may uninstall the Application or clear its data through your device's application settings.
The Application may use third-party services that collect data independently under their own privacy policies. Where possible, we will assist in forwarding removal requests to relevant third parties on your behalf. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for a list of third-party services we use.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an updated effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
